About Ahava Zarembski
Ahava Zarembski is founder and president of The Yesod-Masad Initiative, providing real time strategic and holistic support on Jewish Peoplehood issues to policy makers and influencers in Israel and around the world. Prior to establishing this innovative model in 2006, Ms. Zarembski worked in some of the top think-tanks in Israel and the United States and with numerous other institutes and organizations, helping them sculpt policy on internal Jewish relations, fostering a better understand particularly on the issues impacting religious-secular relations within Israel as well as Israel-Diaspora relations.
Ms. Zarembski is the author of publications including Refracted Vision: An Analysis of Religious-Secular Tensions in Israel (The Floersheimer Institute for Policy Studies, 2005), The Religious-Secular Divide in the Eyes of Israel’s Leaders and Opinion Makers (The Floersheimer Institute for Policy Studies, 2002) and is the principle author of the North America chapter in The Jewish People Policy Planning Institute Annual Assessment 2004-5: Between Thriving and Decline (The Jewish People Policy Planning Institute, 2005).
Ms. Zarembski is the recipient of awards and is an invited lecturer for audiences both within Israel and abroad. Ms. Zarembski has an M.A. degree in the field of International Relations, concentrating in Middle East Studies and Conflict Management from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
